Pricing and value
Published residential pricing is £19.99 per month or £199 per year. Assess the fee against both energy savings and the value you place on monitoring; a lower electricity bill does not necessarily mean the subscription has paid for itself.
Before you connect
Ask which plan fits your import and export tariffs, how reserves are protected, and what happens if communications fail. Tell Sentinel about any manufacturer schedules, VPP enrolment or Home Assistant controls so responsibility for battery commands is clear.
