Octopus's live page again states that Intelligent Octopus Flux is temporarily unavailable. The same page remains internally inconsistent: its eligibility section says compatible solar and battery equipment need not have been installed by Octopus, while a separate notice says the tariff is currently exclusive to customers who bought both from Octopus. Battery Boost therefore treats the tariff as paused and restricted until Octopus publishes a consistent reopening route.

Octopus's published terms confirm a restricted landlord-linked proposition rather than a generally quoted retail tariff. The electricity discount is agreed with the landlord and varies with the Ofgem price cap; the regional Flexible Octopus standing charge remains. No public unit rate, export payment or open sign-up route is stated, so eligibility and price must be confirmed directly.

The 6p Flex v1 rate is variable and supports systems up to 5MW; 8.5p Business v1 is a fixed 12-month SME/commercial tier. Metering, certification, installation and system-size rules remain decisive.
